Top quality, great looking, great fit

The H-D dealer gets about $40 for a lesser product that: 1. doesn't come with the locking pin (do you REALLY want someone to steal your $50 hitch cover), 2. doesn't come with the foam rattle-preventing shims, and 3. is a sloppy one-size-fits-all adjustable plug to slide into the receiver (it fits 1 1/4 inch receivers as well as the 2"). This product appears to have a stainless steel full 2" "C" shaped (flat on three sides and short flats on the fourth side) so it's a tight fit into the receiver preventing rattles and looking good for the ride down the road. Clearly no one needs a $50 (or $40 or $20) filler for the hitch receiver but if you want quality, this is the winner.
