Blue OX Rise/Drop RV reciever.

Towing a car behind our RV required adjusting the reciver height to keep the towbar at the proper height. We had beed using a 4" rise which put the tow angle at the high end of the acceptable margin when attached to the tow-bar and base plate. Occasionally this would cause a "bind" problem when unhitching. The 2 inch rise eliminated the binding problem.
