Not perfect!

I received my hitch very quickly. It fit perfectly; and was easy to install. I did not like that it had two gouges which were missing paint. One scratch was caused by the bolts in the package that was taped to the hitch. The bolts stuck out of the package and gouged the paint off a place about the size of a dime. The other defect was on the left corner where the metal had come out of the box in a break in the box and was missing paint about the size of nickel. Both problem areas were caused by either poor packaging or extremely rough handling. I have shopped for days for this product and was quite disappointed that it was damaged. Now I must spot paint a brand new product. Curt should have packaged it better!

Very good product

This is a solid working hitch. I purchased it to use hauling a 5000 pound travel trailer and it has been great. The bolts pattern matched up perfectly on my 2000 Ford Expedition and I was able to install the hitch in under 15 minutes. I highly reccomend this product.
