4 times to get it right.....

I ordered this item and was soooo stoked to get it and put it on my new rubicon, and then I got it and well then I got the second and third ones...... All were not centered not even, and actually sideways and a huge mess. HOWEVER , THE GUY THAT RUNS THIS SITE IS AWESOME! He was on top of it and shocked this had happened once let alone times..... The fourth one came and was perfect,,,,, I would give him a 5, but 4 times to get it right I had to take a star even though its not his fault, the TX based company needs to focus more and get it right notepad of waiting so much time and money.
